The Service may integrate with third‑party services (e.g., email, calendar, cloud storage, collaboration tools). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
If you purchase paid features, payments are processed by third‑party processors. All fees are non‑refundable except as required by law or stated at purchase. Subscription access continues until the end of the billing period after cancellation.
You retain rights to content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error‑free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
